I'm back up to exactly where I started: 223.4. I've never gone above this weight (except when I was pregnant with twins). Rob and I are working at this together now. We decided this week we are tired of being fat, we want to be a better example for our kids, we want to live longer for our kids, and we want a better story for ourselves. I've said all that before though. I've always believed those things. I'm just wondering what will be different this time. Hopefully it is powering through this together.
